June Cashwell is best known for her bold and evocative paintings.  The signature of her style is an element of symmetry in each piece, representing a sentiment of unity and completion.

June grew up in New York in a family of artists and musicians, and was never without some art medium nearby - always exploring techniques to hone her own artistic perspective.  Her primary art teacher was her father, an accomplished artist, interior designer and graduate of Parsons.

According to June, "my art starts in my dreams, travels through my heart and ends up on the canvas."
